Dance Party

I wonder if anyone has documented the long-term health benefits--physical and emotional-- of dancing every day. Bronwynn could be the first case study. She walks over to the stereo, points and says "dance! dance!"

Her daily to-do list looks something like this:

wake up
drink milk
dance (while Mama cooks eggs)
eat eggs
dance
play with toys
take nap
wake up
drink milk
have snack and dance
run errands (dance in car)
eat lunch
dance
nap
wake up
play outside
"help" Mama fold laundry
dance
eat dinner
dance with Dada
take bath
dance
bedtime
